Where Play Meets 

We understand that accidents happen, especially when kids are having fun! Minor wear and tear is expected, but if a toy is lost or significantly damaged, a small replacement fee may apply. We always encourage families to let us know as soon as possible so we can help find a solution.

The borrowing period is usually 2 weeks. You’re welcome to return toys earlier if your children are ready to try something new, or renew your loan if you’d like to keep them a little longer (subject to availability).

Popular toys can be in high demand, but don’t worry you can place a reservation so you’ll be next in line when it’s returned. Our collection is always growing, so there are plenty of other exciting toys to enjoy while you wait!

Yes! All toys are carefully checked and cleaned when they are returned, following strict hygiene standards so everyone can enjoy safe and hygienic play.
